How long does delivery take?
All our products that we offer on our website are currently in stock. Your order is ready for shipping within 1-2 business days after we received your payment. We mail daily from Monday to Friday and standard delivery usually takes 1-3 business days.
Is rocktreasureswholesale.com wholesale only or can I also purchase something as a private customer?
Everybody - including private customers - can buy any product for the listed price on our website. Our wholesale prices for commercial resellers are only availble after a special registration process. For details, please have a look at this site.
Do I get exactly the same product as is shown on the product photo?
That depends on whether it is an individual item or a quantity product.
If it is an individual/unique item, you will get exactly the product as shown in the picture. You can recognize those by their item number. If the number starts with a 5 and is followed by 4 other digits (5XXXX) it is an individual/unique item. We only have one piece in stock, so this article can only be bought once.
If it is a quantity product, the picture usually shows more than one item and the item number starts with a 1 and is also followed by 4 digits (1XXXX). For this products we carefully choose only special products which have the same quality, shape, color and size. The product you order is the same as shown in our picture but you won't get exactly these pieces that are shown in the picture (f.e. tumbled stones - we take a picture of 1 lb. You will get 1 lb out of the same batch we have in stock). If a batch changes, we change the picture and the description. If you are looking for different qualites, shapes or sizes, please send us an email, specifing your requirements. Sometimes we have more in stock or are able to arrange it.
What is the minimum order value?
We have a minimum order value of $ 10.00 for retail and $ 30.00 for wholesale customers. Unlike some other wholesale websites which make you purchase an entire barrel of goods or spend at least $100 to get the best prices, we offer even lower prices for any quantity!
Which delivery options are available?

Can I also get a catalog of your products?
No, we don't offer catalogs. Our product ranges change frequently and it wouldn't be possible to depict this. Furthermore, it would be quite expensive to create and print a catalog. So, we decided to only run our online shop where you can enjoy our low prices.
What does it mean if a price says 'from $ xx'?
Many products have special low bulk prices, so the price depends on the amount that you order. The more you buy, the more you save!
Where does Hausen Rock Treasures get its products from? We have very good connections to the most important countries of stone origination and the majority of our products is imported directly from the originating country. Several times a year we travel to those countries (including Brazil, Madagascar and South Africa) in order to get good quality products for a reasonable price.
Are you on Facebook?
Yes, you can find us on Facebook and we are happy for every 'Like'. We are constantly posting information about new products, special offers and shopping trips. As a fan of our page you will also be informed about current malls or gem and mineral shows where you get the chance to meet us in person.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve your complaint in the best possible manner for both parties. Please note, that we will refund your returned items only. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Shipping costs for returning the items have to be paid by the customer/buyer (Exception: broken or wrongly received items).
Which payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed in USA dollars (USD). We accept Online Payments (credit cards, direct transfers, mobile payments), PayPal and checks. If you choose to pay by check, we will not process the order until your check has cleared our bank. We charge a $30 fee on all returned checks. We regret that we cannot accept COD.
