Garnet Tumbled Stones - 1 Pound
These are unique, wonderful garnets! They have a crazed exterior appearance, due to the tumbling process. Most are fairly roundish, and an opaque, dark reddish/purple or burgundy color, some with reddish glints on tangent points. A few have a very little matrix attached, and most show degrees of asterism! Each is very dense and heavy for its size.
Size: from about 1-1.5 inches long, and .5-1+ inch thick. 8-12 pieces per pound (most have 10).
