Midnight Lace Obsidian XL Tumbled Pebbles - 1 Pound
These XL pebbles are solid Midnight Lace obsidian: a smoky-translucent light black, with solid, straight black layers (or lamellae) and the occasional bit of mahogany or silver obsidian mixed in. The Oregon lace obsidian tends to have wavy black layers, while the Midnight Lace obsidian's layers are straight, passing through the solid lava layer for feet at at time without wavering. The pebbles may appear to be solid black, due to the thicknesses of the pieces, with glints of light available at the edges or when held to a bright light. They are beautiful, highly polished pebbles, very comfortable to hold in the hand or pocket.
4-6 pieces per pound. Size of pieces approximately 2-3 inches long, and 1-2 inches wide.
